Multiple Pages Application Examples (Tutorials)

How can I create an application that calls and view multiple windows (or pages, tabs) based on user interaction? These tabs or pages or windows will ask the user for certain input data.

I am new to LabView (2 wks old infact). So any example tutorial will help. Thanks

Hello and welcome to the forums!

If you're interested in creating a page-based application, probably the simplest way of doing this is by using the Tab Control on the front panel.  This will allow you to present a different set of inputs/outputs to your user based on which tab is currently being displayed.  You can find it in the Controls palette in the Containers category.  Once you drop the tab control on the front panel, you can drag items into each page.  Your can manually click on a different tab to progress to the next screen or use property nodes to programmatically progress from one screen to another.

I also highly recommend taking advantage of the LabVIEW Zone resources on our web site to help get you up to speed with LabVIEW.  If I can provide more information or assistance please let me know!
