Multiple Channels Agilent 2000 3000-x

OK. I'm now running my waveforms to a Waveform Graph, which makes sense, but I'm trying to record the waveforms with a time stamp so that I can run my test over night and look at the data in the morning and the Waveform Graph VI doesn't seem to want to do that.

Thanks for the help!

Hi Qube,

a graph only displays data, it does not "record" them…

I would recommend saving the data to a TDMS file or some other type of file.  Then you can process the data at your leasure.

Do you know of any ways to get the AC RMS value out of the Waveform data? I should be able to record that to a table with a time stamp.

Hi Qube,

there are a lot of functions in the signal processing palette…

Alright guys, I got a nice RMS reading from two channels of my scope with a time stamp! Thank you very much for all of your help! I'm not sure what to accept as a solution since every post was a sort of a solution...
