Modify extension of txt file under labview

I've got a.log file or .txt file than i copy in new directory and i would like to use this file under excel, but I don't know how can i change the extension under Labview???
I hope than you understand me.

Here is an example (7.0) for the file name manipulation. The actual renaming is done with the Move VI.

your program change caracter but not really the file extension, my old file is a .log and I would like to change in directory in .xls or .txt .
