Probably a simple thing, but what have i missed in the installer if my development computer have cDAQ test panels but the target computer does not?

Generally that would be your installer missing NI DAQmx MAX configuration support. There are at least 3 DAQmx installers although only the base device driver itself is needed for the RTE. Personally, when I select additional installers for my installer builds, I select anything that even mentions MAX, DAQmx or Configuration Support. I don't care how large my app installers are. I even add a few extra utility executables in many cases. Some developers prefer that their installers are as "light" as possible. Disc space is cheaper than the hourly rate paid to the maintenance developers (hopefully, if they know what their skill set is really worth) bloated installers are cheap.
