I have a predefined Menu Ring with 5 items:

Hi fredard,

      Don't feel bad about your accidental posts.    Our browsers hijack the Tab-key.  While editing, tab shifts focus to the "Submit Post" option - so when you subsequently hit Enter for new-line, Presto! a new Post!

there's even a property "RingText.Text" which gives you directly the string of the ring/enum 😉
