I need some helping how to measure the value of t1 from the following diagram. Please guide me how to measure.

 

 

This is the actual waveform obtained.

Actually this has been posted in Instrument control board, but i think here in LabVIEW board i will get more responses. Thanks for any kind of input.

Have you tried doing a curve envelope?  If you had the upper and lower envelope, t1 should be fairly easy to calculate.
