I am trying to measure the effective bits and noise of the delta-sigma ADC in the NI 9250 module. For this, I have terminated a 50-ohm resistance in one of the analog inputs of the NI 9250 module and acquired the data points which are in the range of a few microvolts.
My question is:
(1) Am I going in the right direction?
(2) What are the best ways to calculate the effective bits and noise of the ADC?
(3) Is there any way to calculate in the frequency domain?
