Measurement Studio and Delphi

The Measurement Studio section of the NI catalog mentions Visual C++ and
Visual Basic a lot, but not Delphi. Can I use Measurement Studio with Delphi?

National Instruments only makes tools that are directly designed for LabVIEW, CVI, Visual C++, and Visual Basic. The Visual Basic tools are ActiveX controls so they can be used in Delphi, but Borland's ActiveX container does not support all of our functionality.
