Math to calculate time remaining in a gas bottle

Hi,

Racking my melon head to figure out how to do the math on calculating the time remaining for my gas bottles from pressures acquired on my NI-9237.

I would like to use around two hours of acquired data to calculate, based on this data, how much in minutes, hours and days is remaining.

This doesn't seem to be a LabVIEW question.  It is a science question depending on a lot of factors you don't even mention such as how is pressure being lost from the bottle and at what rate?  You might want to ask this on a science forum.
