Manchester Decoding using Labview\Labcvi

Does anyone have code for Manchester Decoding, any platform will be fine (Labview\Labcvi)

I do not have code.

I have worked with Manchester in a number of projects.

In the most recent I used hardware and a custom driver to support the encode/decode.
