Making a parallel loop wait on an event?

I am working on building my first Master/Slave designed application, and I have run in to a bit of a design hitch, and could use some advice.  Basically, I will have my master loop, and then a couple of slave loops to run different processing. It is very easy to control when one of the slaves start with occurrence controls, but I am finding it difficult to make them stop spinning and wait indefinately for another input from the Master loop. I have attached a VI that should help illsutrate.
