Hello, first of all, I'm not familiar with LabVIEW. I would like to ask you guys about the Instrument driver network for MKS mass flow controller (p-series). I was able to find G-series but not P-series, they both have the same Digital I/O and Analog I/O which are DeviceNet and RS48, 0-5VDC. Is that fine to use this driver? or should I request a new driver? Since it has different settings with sccm I assume I should request a new driver to NI, I'm not 100% sure about this.
