MAX crashes

I open MAX version 4.6.2f1, right-click on My System > Devices and Interfaces, and MAX crashes.  I have rebooted Windows and disconnected my cRIO to eliminate as much as possible.  Anybody else having this problem?

I think EVERYBODY else has been having this problem... for years!
