Hi,
I think that the cheapest way is to develop a specail hardware to extend I/O port using PC usb or parallel port.
Good luck,

Hi All-
Sandra's suggestion of the USB-6501 is probably your best bet. It is fully supported by NI-DAQmx (the device driver, included with the purchase of the device) and LabVIEW (currently versions 8.2.x, 8.0.x, and 7.1.x) under Windows 2000/XP/Vista. It's inexpensive and supports 3.3V/5V selectable operation. It is the lowest cost option from NI (other than the USB-6009, which does not meet your I/O count needs) that supports configurable digital logic levels.
