Logging to data to Excel every few seconds

I am using the RTD Thermistor example and trying to log into into Excel.

Its logging the data correctly for all 3 thermistors, however its logging data every millisecond. I would like to have it log every few seconds. I have it set for 10 seconds but it doesn't respond to any setting I give it. 

I Have done this using LINX and Arduino and it works fine, I am using a USB 6009 DAQ now and I am not able to control the data timing to the spread sheet the same way.

It does send the data to excel accurately but just way to often.

Solved, it was in the samples per loop. It was set to high.
