Loading Options freeze in Academic Site License

Hello, I am a student currently trying to download LabView and Multisim. When I enter Academic Site License Download page the Loading Options screen freezes. Nothing from troubleshooting page works.

Hello, I have the same problem and I can't even contact support. And I'm stuck with this loading screen after doing everything on troubleshooting page.

You have replied to yourself, but anyway.

Can you disable your firewall?

Also, you can go to ni.com, navigate your mouse to a person icon in the right upper corner, click to your account name and in the opened page, down below, you can find support requests
