Linx Target Config Raspberry pi3B with Navio2

Have anyone been able to run a Raspberry Pi with a Navio2 Board using labview? I can run blink on a Pi3 using the 2017-04-10-raspbian-jessie.img. But when I use the Emlid software emlid-raspbian-20160718.img.xz.

I can connect and I believe the labview software gets downloaded to the Pi but the connection drops when I try to run a blink.vi.
