Hi,
does anyone know the sequence of library calls?
Does the visa32.dll e.g. call the the gpib-32.dll
in any case?
Especially I'm looking for the difference between
Agilent (former HP) and National Instrument calls:
e.g the PnP driver for sure calls visa32.dll,
while this can be either one delivered with the
Agilent card (e.g.: G.02.02) or one which comes
with a NI card (e.g.: 2.0.0). So, does anyone
know how the calls are routed down to the HAL
(hardware abstraction layer) in *EITHER* case?
From NI I know, that the last calls are
- gpibclsd.sys
- gpibclsb.sys
- gpibxxxx.sys (followed by the HAL), but I do
not know, what xxxx means also!?
So, any idea???
Regards,
Joe.
