Legacy Read Tag VI + Installer

Hi,

When I try to run my application on another computer I can't use the "Legacy_ReadTag.VI" I am using it in my original program (it works there) to read shared variable controls and display then on numeric indicators. When running the executable, the VI outputs a "0" for all tags. I think maybe I should be including an additional installer but I'm not sure which one. Any suggestions would be awesome.

Is the Legacy_ReadTag.vi part of LABView DSC module? (I think it is but I am not 100% sure). What version of LabVIEW do you have?

If this is the case, I think your problem is because when using LABView DSC you need to have a DSC Run-Time License for every deployed executable.
