Yes, I am sure you can.
There are two methods that I can think of, and maybe someone else knows of others.
The first is to use ActiveX. If you have an ActiveX hook in your VB app, this isn't a problem.
The other is to use the system exec to do it. Whatever the command is on the Windows "Run" command line is what you input to the System Exec.vi. Remember that this isn't a command line, but mimics the "Run" command line.
