 Can someone help me solve this exercise ,I'm new using labview  and I  can not find all the tools

Ctrl-n will open a brand new vi. I suggest you to use Quick Drop (ctrl+spacebar) to find the "tools" you need (in both Front Panel and Block Diagram).
