The issue is the XY graph that is in the 'program temcont.vi'. Delete it and create a new XY graph using the output of the 'Messung temp.vi'.

Glad to hear it! My guess is that something similar to this post happened, maybe someone else can find the root cause.

 

EDIT:

The cause was the difference in display format between the XY graphs. The problematic XY graph was set to decimal rather than floating point:

XY graph in 'program temcont.vi'XY graph in 'program temcont.vi'XY graph in 'Messung temp.vi'XY graph in 'Messung temp.vi'

The problem is described in more detail here. Basically, the output format inherits from the axis formatting and I have complained about it in the past elsewhere.
