Is there any Labview (text) parser for .xls files developed?
I need a parser that knows to read specific commands placed in a excel file and build TestStand sequence steps based on these commands.

just do a couple of searches on this website. There is a lot of example code available in previous posts. Search for things like "import excel file" or "read xls"
