Labview not detecting com port only when created installer

Labview 2011, visa for auto detection of com ports works great, no problem.

After installer app on pc with no Labview development tools, the running Labview app only shows com2 and no other choices, refresh does nothing.

Interesting is fact the actual com port in Device Manager shows different com port from Labview app.  I changed com port properties to match com2 on Labview app, makes no difference.  No data at com port.  Any idea why com port detection fails for installer app ?

Did you also install Ni-VISA runtime and Ni-MAX on the target system?

NI VISA 5.1.1 reference missing.  I didn't select proper settings to install VISA.

Second time installed every feature to make certain get it. Problem fixed and com port detection works great. Thanks !
