We can't help you. You almost certainly have to talk with an NI support person who may or may not be able to send you an utility to clear that password. Possibly you may even have to send back your boards as an RMA so that the NI engineers can reset the password. Have you created a support ticket for this here?

I am unable to do so as I don't have the software tool required, but Support should be able to assist you in resetting an unknown external calibration password. Hence my suggestion of opening a service request.

SOLVED' Missing non-"NI" password for EXT. DMM CAL. , technical support emailed an ".exe" that allowed "NI" to
again be the default password, permitting EXT. DMM CAL. INIT VI. to function.
