Honestly, my youtube is not the main income, but don't know in the future.

I have tried calling them through the below link, I choose the Other Questions number. But it is not active, I don't know why. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to contact them?

It is Saturday.  You may want to give it a few days.  Wait until it is a week day when whoever might answer is actually back to work.
