Labview community edition on pi 4

With the release of community edition I have been very excited to implement my personal projects onto the latest version of the pi, 4b. However I am having difficulty. After searching the web and reading plenty of forum posts on makerhub, I am still not able to use Labview via linx toolkit on my pi. During target configuration my development pc connects to the pi with ease, however every time I try to install the software I get an error has anyone else faced this problem and know of a solution? Thanks in advance!

The LINX toolkits have not been updated yet to work with LabVIEW 2020.  Be patient, it is coming.

LINX is shipped with LabVIEW 2020 Community Edition.  So if you are running the Community Edition, you should have the 2020 version of LINX.  But if you are running the Professional, then likely next week (when NI Week was supposed to be).

If so, then I must have been confusing that with something else that is going to take some time.  I know DAQmx support will be coming soon.  I know there are some people who want the MAC or Linux versions that don't exist yet.  I might have mixed LINX into that as well.  (Well LINX and Linux  do almost sound the same  🤔)

"If this error persists search, then post on the LabVIEW MakerHub forumsat labviewmakerhub.com/forums/linx"

Not sure what "If this error persists search" means, but "labviewmakerhub.com/forums/linx" seems to be the place to post this problem if you don't want to wait.

Not sure if you're allowed to communicate anything if you are using the LV2020 beta not the LV2020 community edition. Actually, pretty sure you're not allowed, but I'm not a lawyer.

I think you have to jump through all kinds of hoops if you installed the OS using the NOOB option.  (Does that still exist?)  I think it's because it creates two partitions that can roughly be equated to an OS partition and a data partition.  LINX (at least as of LINX 3.0) tries to install to the first partition and can't find enough room.  I think the fix involved deleting the big partition and stretching the first partition to cover the whole disk.  I don't remember.  I think it's been discussed to death in the MakerHub forums.
