Hi

ABB VFD can communicate on Ethernet/IP or Modbus/TCP. What is prefered metod used in Labview?

The question is: what is your preferred method? Which hardware do you have available?

 

Ethernet/IP requires "special" interface hardware. Modbus/TCP is available over standard Ethernet connections.

I would prefer Modbus/TCP…
