Labview cannot connected

I am new and lack of labview . 

But I am a chief of the lab. (Mechanical engineering). We have problem with our Universal Tensil Machine or UTM. The computer or software has no connection with the UTM installation.

It is difficult to understand what is happening. I guess that this program was made by WinSoft (https://www.winsoft.com/). Have you contacted them?

Try to extract (unpack) all of the files to disk first. Then open the exe from that location.

I guess that you have tried to open the program directly from the unzip tool and there are files missing.

Please understand that this is only a guess. Your program was made by another compaby - I guess "WinSoft". I am sure that this company can help much quicker and knows what is going on here.
