I am using two myrios for my project.These two myrios are in one project having each myrio have its VI .It is actually a monitoring project.I want to monitor these two VIs in the same screen at the same time.How should I?please guide me.Need your guidance.

Does each VI separately (and successfully) monitor one RIO? If so, take a look at Sub Panels. A simple guide can be found here.

You should have a VI under My Computer as well.  That VI should use TCP/IP or Network Streams to communicate with your two myRIOs.  You can display however you want from there.
