Hi Zalmay,
The error message is indicating that the configuration database may have become corrupt. This could have happened from two possible scenarios:
1. The first scenario is if the PXI was working properly and suddenly gave this error. It could have been that the controller was powered off while the database was being written. In this case:
Reboot the controller in "safe mode."
FTP to the target and delete the config.mxs and config.mxc files as well as the folder with name "last".
Reboot the target and that should do it. If it doesn't let you delete the file, you can rename it and then delete it.
2. The second scenario is if it is a new install of all the software in the controller. In this case:
If possible, re-format the controller (recommended).
Uninstall the software and reinstall it in safe mode, one by one for each of the drivers.
