Labview 8.5 Professional Development System -- No Mathscript Node or Window

I have a program with MathScript nodes and the program will not compile. In detail, the nodes are there but will not compile nor can I rightclick on them or alter the text inside them.  I do not have a MathScript Window under my tools menu and I cannot drop a MathScript node from the Programming >> Structures or the Mathematics >> Scripts & Formulas palette?

Is my installation of LabVIEW 8.5 missing a toolkit?? I have four different installation CDs. The yellow core CD, the red control simulation and mechatronics CD,the green extended development suite CD, and the purple signal and image processing CD. I looked through the CDs and didn't see anything that looked right. Any ideas?

OK, Fixed using the license manager. I still get the compile error but at least I see the MathScript features. Now to figure out why it won't compile.
