LV 2015SP1 I believe is the first version that officially supported Win10. Maybe a VM of WinXP would work?
Sorry

Try installing it in Compatibility Mode.

I leave it as an exercise in learning how to Google.

Get software for creating a VM - such as Oracle VM Virtualbox, VMware Workstation Player, Microsoft Hyper-V, etc
Get the XP OS and install on your virtual machine
Install LabVIEW on your VM with XP.
It still may not work for you if you need hardware access, I have no idea how the VMs limit ports, USB devices, etc

Why does it need to be LV 7.1 + Win10? Trying to support an ancient PC with your Win10 PC?

Thanks. Will do.

I upgraded my OS to Win10, and have a LV7.1 that I still like to continue to use.
