Labview 2020 and SP1 installation Assitance

I've been ticking away for close to a week now tryna get a working installation of Labview 2020! 

First, after installation the activation page log in appears, I punch my log in details then it just hangs there, the reboot button remains grayed out no message is returned. 
So I reboot my PC manually, start package manager whilst offline and punch in my activation code [all good]. Then go to starting Labview and it hangs on the splash screen!!!!!!!🤒

How do I install this version of Labview correctly? 

I am on an MSI  WE65  workstation i7 windows 10 laptop.

You might have some luck directly using the NI License Manager tool?

It should allow you to attempt to activate various software items, and might use different paths/restrictions that won't cause problems?

But only a guess...
