Labview 2017 Installer (Build specifications) doesn't open.

When I open the project, and click on new installer, nothing happens. EXE however works fine.

Works fine here in 2017. Could it be that the built installer configurator window is already open, or opens outside the visible area of the current monitor or on a different monitor.

Not sure how to help without a few more details. Make sure you are following the process outlined here: https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/supplemental/19/introduction-to-the-labview-application-...  step-by-step and let me know exactly what isn't working.
