Labview 2011 SP1 real-time module installation problem

Hi, I am new comer here. I have a problem when I tried to install Labview 2011 SP1 Real-time Module. Every time at the initialization part, this message shows up:' NI Labview 2011 SP1 32-nit must be installed before you can install the NI labview 2011 SP1 Real-time Module.' I am pretty sure I have already installed Labview 2011 SP1 32-bit and it works well. I am using a Windows7 OS and also have Labview 2010 and an older version Labview 2010 RT module installed. I didn't remove the old version software and I'm not sure if it's related to this problem. 

Anyone can help? Thank you in advance!

Can you post a screenshot from MAX where the installed LabVIEW Versions are shown?

Hi Christian,

I checked my software list and it turns out that my Labview version is just 2011, without service packet 1, although I installed the software just two months ago... It's such a stupid mistake... I've already downloaded the newest Labview 2011 32-bit sp1 from the official website and the problem is solved now.
