Label translation problem, Hioki LCR driver

We are looking at getting a Hioki brand LCR and I downloaded their driver from hioki.com.

Most of the VI's have what looks like a language translation problem. Some things are in English and look fine, but a lot are weird characters (see pic)

Wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar.

Hioki is based in Japan.  Parts of the driver that have the strange-looking character set may be using Japanese (Unicode?) text from otherwise-hidden LabVIEW libraries.  I would send them an e-mail, explain what you are thinking of purchasing, and asking if they have a Driver suitable for your (English, I presume) version of LabVIEW 2020.

When I opened the VI in a Japanese environment, it was displayed correctly in Japanese.
