LabView installer Problem

I just upgraded from LV2020Q3 to LV2024Q1. I reopened my software, made updates and recompiled the Executable (test system). I then recreated the installer.

When I try installing the executable, I get 

Cannot install

• HF Slam Files (incompatible with products already installed)

I compiled both the installer and executable on the computer in question. The software works just fine in Development mode.

Since the executable works fine, I deleted and recreated the installer. 

It did not fix my problem.

I have no idea what "HF Slam Files" are, but your error message suggests:

• they are (compiled) files that are compatible with LabVIEW 2020 Q3;
• they are not compatible with LabVIEW 2024 Q1.

I suggest you contact "HF Slam" and ask how to upgrade their package to be compatible with LabVIEW 2024 Q1, particularly with the LabVIEW installer, as it seems to work in Developer mode.  The alternative would be to keep working with the 2020 Q3 version that, at least, works.

HF Slam Files are the executable file and dependencies as compiled with LV2024.
