Did you check the box that says "Require Laview 8.0 or later" in the
Installer Settings > Advanced Tab?? That may require you to
have labview it self installed, not just the runtime. I have not
had the box checked in any installations I have created, and they all
have installed without problems.
That was the only setting that I could find in the installer
configuration that seemed to relate to your problem. If you still
cannot install after you check that, let me know and I can try some
more things.
