LabView 30 Day evaluation - no programm

I've just installed the LabView 8 30 days evaluation software on my private machine - after the successfull download.Anyway I'm not able to find any main programm/icon to start the Lab View - The national instruments folder is on my machine in the start menu (XP), but there is only a help icon in the LabView8 subfolder ! Is there any special procedure to make the evaluation software running e.g. activation ? Thanks for  you help.

thank you for choosing National Instruments products.
There isn’t any special procedure to make the evaluation software running.
Could you please run the LabVIEW.exe from:
C:\Programme\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.0.

unfortunately - I have no .exe in this directory ! And there is no labview.exe in the subdirectories -

Otherwise during the installation I got an error message:

Error 1402 : Could not open key : Hkey_local machine\software\classes\lvdb.application\clsid.

Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

...in this case I continued the installation - but I have no idea why I have this error message ?

What key ??

The error is not related to National Instruments, this error is coming from Windows.

and it's working fine - !
