LabVIEW takes a long time to call a function in .NET

I upgraded to 8.5.1

Performance is RIDICULOUSLY better, now, than it ever was under 8.2.1

Are there any other FUNDAMENTAL issues, in LabVIEW, that I should be aware of?

I looked at the updates of the CAR, R&D bypass some code that slows down the .net call.
you shouldn't have to worry about anything now

I hope that by "bypass" - important functionality was NOT left-out.

Hopefully, the "bypassed" code is something like this:

for(int i = 0; i < 1000000; i++) ; // do nothing; empty statement;
