LabVIEW purchase

I have a few questions regarding the LabVIEW purchase:

1) I want to get one license for my university lab, which version should I get? Can I have any academic discount for the purchase? and if yes, where can i get the quote, I only can see the quote of 3 editions (base, full and professional) 

2) Can I buy a perpetual license? we don't want to update and only want to use it stand-alone.

we only want to activate the license on one computer, I think the Academic volume license is for a lot of computers or servers, isn't it? And where can I buy the license?
