Hi, Everyone:
At work, someone has posted the class material and the answers that go along with it. Along with being morally gray, are there legal issues as well? It should be stated that this was posted to an area that only accessible to people who have paid to take the test.

When I first read this post, I (mistakenly?) thought Bill was referring to a posting of the Test and answers (shows I don't read carefully -- the title says "instructor-led classes"). It's been a while since I looked at the NI-posted Core 1, 2, etc. self-study guides, which might also have "Quizzes" and (presumably) answers, which is perfectly OK.
Given that I'm (so far) the only "responder" after four days of posting (and that "billco" is a well-respected member of the LabVIEW Forum, so someone ought to give him the courtesy of a reply), this might not be a "Big Deal". At least that's how I (now) feel about it. I do hope, however, that whoever posted the Quizzes posted the Answers far enough away to allow the users of the "Class Notes" to have a chance to "test themselves" to make sure they have correctly understood the material. If not, then they haven't learned the material and haven't acquired LabVIEW skills.

So just to close the loop on this topic, I found out that the material that was downloaded and shared is material that is meant to be downloaded and studied. So I think we're fine.
