Hello Everyone,

 

I didn't understood this way of licence product (LabVIEW), which comes with new version every year. Real problem I face in this is every one wants solution in new version available, irrespective of requirement can be acieved in other version also. It will be great to have upgarde instead of new version. New version should continue atleast for 2-3 years..

Why they do it is pure business. But you do not have upgrade. You may use the Labview version you have. And skip a few upgrade if you feel comfortable doing so.


Besides which, my opinion is that Express VIs Carthage must be destroyed deleted
(Sorry no Labview "brag list" so far)

You don't have to upgrade. If you create a vi in LV2009 you or your customers will be able to open it in LV2010.

Just be sure to keep your SSP up to date. Then you'll always have the latest on hand.
