LabVIEW + Vision app deployment

Hello,
I would like to create an app in LabVIEW and Vision. Will future users, without any NI software be able to run the built application? I know that LabVIEW runtime is free, but Vision seems not to be, so I am wondering what is the best way to tackle this problem.

Part of your installation process will need to provide the vision deployment license. The installer that you provide for the application (created from the LabVIEW project) will normally install the Vision deployment components but, you need to provide the necessary license key for each specific target. Your NI sales rep SHOULD BE (see signature line 😉) able to assist you in purchasing the deployment licenses.
