how can i use "Radxa X2L" with labview , how can i integrate the labview software/vi with Radxa X2L

According to their website it runs Windows 10 Pro so it will run LabVIEW like any PC.

Once you decide to move away from the RPi platform there is a world of choices for industrial windows PCs and SBC including the Radxa X2L. But you are not limited to the Radxa X2L, Google "industrial single board computer" to get an idea of all the options out there.

You can also go with Linux, either Ubuntu, Debian, Red Hat or Suse. Recent versions of LabVIEW run on those too.
