Please advise the link to download 2012 LabVIEW Professional Development System.

This is the closest I could find but you have to register your serial number and have a current SSP.  Otherwise, NI only distributes the lastest.

If you don't have those and need a previous version, I suggest you call NI directly or call your local Field Engineer.

Look for the files starting with "2012sp1LV" and pick your flavor.
