Can anyone guide me with selection of LabVIEW license/Add on Modules required for developing an application, Hardware architecture as mentioned below.

You will need:

 

  1. LabVIEW
  2. Visa (for RS232)
  3. Database
    1. Database connectivity Toolkit
    2. SQLite Library
    3. PostgreSQL Library
