LabVIEW Install error:1402 help

When I first installed labview it gave me the error below, I clicked 'yes' and it continued, by the end of the installation I had all the programs installed except LabVIEW.

I ran the installer again and it gave me the same error. I even disabled my anti-virus wich didn't help. Please help, thanks.

By the way, my account has administrator privilages, I'm the only one who uses it.
