LabVIEW FPGA Module Xilinx Tools 12.4 zip file is broken

When I download the Xilinx compilation tools from here http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/2592/lang/en, I am able to download a 2.25G zip file but when I try to unzip it or open it, the file is broken. I would appreciate any help as I urgently need these compilation tools for LV 2011.
